Dear Member of Friern Barnet Community Library,
This letter is formal notification that there will be an Annual General Meeting of Friern Barnet Community Library to elect Trustees, to see how the library has fared and to ratify the accounts on Sunday December 11 at 4pm in the library. The audited accounts are an attachment with this notice. The online voting form and biographical statements of candidates are also attached to this letter. Please indicate using the email address above that you wish to attend the meeting at which refreshments will be served.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please return your voting form placing your name at the bottom to the email address above.
If you wish to become a part of our Trustee team or become a volunteer at the library, please send an email to the above email address or make yourself known to us at the meeting.

‘Trustee Penny M.’s name on the ballot and candidate statement sheet should read Penny Marlton.
There was a mistake on the forms you were sent (now corrected). This does not affect your vote’
