Are you between jobs?  You can show prospective employers your work ethic and be helping out your community.  Please consider joining our all-volunteer community library as a volunteer.  Eight years ago we rescued our lovely library from closure and have been going strong ever since. These days the volume of traffic in our library has to be much lower, but we are still open for business.  We need younger volunteers, as our older ones still need to be shielded.  Shifts last two hours, there are at least two volunteers on every shift and the work is not difficult After you apply,  we will interview and train you.  When the time comes, we can give you a reference.  Click here to fill the application;
